For our Gemischter Satz, grapes from the vineyard Kremser Gebling – Grüner Veltliner, Riesling & Roter Veltliner – were harvested together and then fermented together. Full of exotic fruit on the nose with fine herbal nuances and delicate lime zest; medium body on the palate, fine structure, mineral & delicately creamy. Thanks to its firm structure and a light tannic note, it not only goes well with hearty dishes like juicy roasted veal or braised venison, but also Mediterranean vegetables. Saftiger Kalbsbraten, geschmorter Rehrücken, aber auch mediterranes Gemüse – der Gemischte Satz ist vielseitig einsetzbar. It is fine to drink now – young & fresh – and then for many years to come. We estimate its cellaring potential at ten to fifteen years.
