Our Zweigelt comes from the vineyard Stratzinger Satzen and is one of the classic, fruit-driven examples of the variety, expressing a scent of red berries and sour cherries. To keep it on the lighter side, we harvest Zweigelt as early as possible, maturing the wine in large wooden cask.
